WebLab supports a full 'Author - Editor - Approver' workflow system, allowing you to give staff members specific roles within your organisation to access, edit and publish content to your website.

Workflow provides a means to pass each change or addition to a website through several sets of 'eyes' before making available on the internet. Authors for example can only do exactly that - create and author content. For them, once a page has been created, it gets passed onto their relevant 'Content Editor' or 'Content Approver'

Once reviewed by an Editor, it can then either be amended, pushed onto the next line of the workflow system, or returned to the originating author, with note as to why the page may have been declined, allowing the Author to correct their work and restart the process.
